Questions candidates ask
Before you apply
Do I need freight experience to apply?
No. Almost nobody in Nepal arrives with freight experience, which is exactly why we run a paid three-week Freight Academy before anyone touches a client account. We hire for careful attention to detail and good written English.
Do I have to live in Pokhara?
Yes. All roles are based at our supervised Pokhara office, because client work cannot be done from home. If you are moving to Pokhara, say so in your application.
Is transport provided for night shifts?
Yes, door to door, for every night and early shift, for everyone. It is a legal requirement for women working night hours under the Labour Act 2074 and we extend it to all staff.
What documents should I send?
A CV in PDF or Word format. You do not need a cover letter; the short answer on the form is enough. Please do not send certificates or citizenship documents at this stage.
Will I hear back if I am not selected?
Yes. We reply to every application, including the unsuccessful ones. If you have not heard within two weeks of the closing date, email us and we will chase it.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes, but apply separately for each and tell us which you would prefer. We would rather place you well than quickly.
