Quality Assurance Reviewer

About this role

QA reviewers do not report to the team lead whose work they check. That independence is deliberate and it is the whole point of the role. Your findings go to the client raw, including the weeks the numbers are poor, so this job needs someone comfortable writing down inconvenient truths.

What you will do

• Sample completed work against each client's written SOP
• Record findings accurately, including the ones nobody wants to hear
• Produce the weekly quality report clients receive with the raw data
• Spot patterns in errors and flag where retraining is needed
• Work with team leads on corrections without reporting to them
• Help keep SOPs accurate as processes change

What we are looking for

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Willingness to give difficult feedback clearly and kindly
• Strong written English — you write reports clients read
• Independent judgement and personal integrity
• At least 1 year in a role where accuracy mattered

Helpful, but not required

• Previous QA or audit experience
• Freight or logistics knowledge
• Data analysis or reporting skills

Where and when

This role is based at our supervised office in Pokhara. Client work cannot be done from home, so you will need to be in Pokhara or willing to move here.
