Scope — the week before
We complete an intake questionnaire with you, record a walkthrough of the process, write the SOP together and agree accuracy, turnaround and volume targets in writing. Nothing is hired to the work until this is signed off.
Pilot — two weeks
You interview and approve the team. Named access with multi-factor sign-in is set up. Week one is 100% quality-checked, with a written report at the end of every shift and a review call on day five while there is still time to change course.
Decide — day ten
We review the results against the targets with the raw QA data in front of you. Hit them and we continue month to month. Miss them and you walk away, owing nothing beyond the pilot fee.

Fair questions
Before you commit to a fortnight
What does the pilot cost?
Two weeks at the agreed hourly rate for each seat, invoiced before the start. Two operations-tier seats on the night desk come to roughly $1,500. There is no setup fee and no training charge — the three-week Freight Academy our staff complete is our cost, not yours.
Why is the pilot paid?
Because a free trial is staffed by whoever is spare, and you learn nothing from it. A paid pilot gets a properly assigned, properly trained team and a real SOP, which is the only version worth judging.
What if we want to stop after week one?
Tell us and we stop. You have paid for the fortnight, the access gets revoked the same day, and there is nothing further to unwind.
What happens if you miss the targets?
You walk away and owe nothing beyond the pilot fee. If we think the miss was caused by something fixable, we will say so and you can decide; we will not argue that a missed target was actually met.
Can we pilot two processes at once?
We would rather you did not. One process with real attention teaches you more about whether this arrangement works than two processes half-supervised.
What do we need to provide?
A named person who can answer questions during our shift overlap, system access, and about three hours of someone's time for the walkthrough and SOP review. That is genuinely the whole list.
What happens after a successful pilot?
Month-to-month at the same rate, with 30 days' notice on either side. Add seats or desks when you want them; give them back when you do not.

Ready to scope one process?
Twenty minutes on a call tells us whether there is a sensible pilot here. If there is not, we will tell you that too.
